Annual Staff Retreat 2026

RDA Consulting, SPC recently held its annual all-staff retreat. Our team members traveled to the Bay Area from various locations, including Portland, New York, Florida, South Lake Tahoe, and many other places across the United States to join us. The agenda included foundational discussions for strategic planning with our partners at Be Kind Lyfe, self-discovery through The Predictive Index’s Behavioral Assessment, bonding dinners, and team-building excursions.
Presentations by guest speakers from the Public Health sector and the California Budget & Policy Center provided professional development opportunities with an interactive element for our team. We held department meetings and cross-department collaborative workgroups to envision the future of RDA, while also sprinkling in fun. The progress we have made as an organization in building trust, enhancing our culture, skill-building, and planning for the coming year has left us more connected and engaged. All in all, the perfect reminder that a connected team is a healthy and productive team.
